Lithium Sulfide(Li2S)

Lithium sulfide is a key material for next-generation solid-state batteries, offering significant improvements in safety, energy density, and lifespan compared to conventional lithium-ion batteries. TLC is conducting research and development under a national project aimed at mass-producing high-quality lithium sulfide. By applying a dry/wet hybrid process, TLC has achieved a high-purity product (99.9%) and micronization technology with a D50 of less than 5 micrometers. This enables the provision of high-performance Li2S, giving it a competitive edge in the solid-state battery market.
