CO2 Absorber |
Demineralized (DM) water and condensate storage tanks are vulnerable to atmospheric CO₂ ingress.
When CO₂ dissolves in pure water, it forms carbonic acid (H₂CO₃), causing pH reduction and increased conductivity. A CO₂ absorber installed on the tank breathing line prevents contamination and maintains water quality integrity.
